The SMSC is excited to announce the appointment of Domenic Fotia as our Junior Football Talent Manager. Working in conjunction with our Football Department, Junior Football Coordinator, and Junior Coaches, Domenic will work closely with our Junior Footballers in the age groups of 14’s, 16’s and 18’s in order to prepare them for the opportunities that lie ahead.
Dom has recently returned to the Sunraysia region and has also enjoyed a distinguished football career both on and off the park which has included:
- 56 senior games in the SANFL from 1986 to 1988 56 senior games.
- Pick 12 in the 1986 VFL/AFL Draft.
- 22 senior games for Carlton
- VFA player for Werribee and Coburg
- Duel Best & Fairest Winner for South Mildura in 1995 and 1996.
- Payer/Coach in the York Peninsula league.
- Junior country development coach for Woodville-West Torrens Football Club in the SANFL.
- Development coach for Immanuel College in Adelaide.
